The reports prepared by all of the office holders and committee chairs were presented and unanimously passed. Thanks was given to each office holder and committee chair for the work they did throughout the year. The review of the years achievements was a great reminder of just how much we managed to achieve in that first year. All of the AGM reports are available to members in Clubrunner. If you haven't had a chance to read them yet I do encourage you to. The minutes from the meeting will be sent out separately. The meeting was also a chance to finally present Doug with his Paul Harris Fellowship citation.

It is my pleasure to inform you that next years club president - officially now the President Elect - is Prue. Prue has been doing some fantastic work as the Club Secretary and I have no doubt she will make a fantastic President. Congratulations Prue. If you think you'd like to take on one of the office holder positions for next Rotary year, please have a word with Prue.
